MyPomen allows users to submit roadside assistance or SOS requests. Users should move to a safe location whenever possible while waiting for assistance. MyPomen does not automatically contact police, hospitals or ambulance services.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Accounts should not be shared with other people. Users should log out after using the platform on shared devices.

The availability of MyPomen services may depend on internet connection, mobile network coverage, GPS availability and registered mechanic availability.
